KJ is a Toronto-born audio engineer and music producer with years of experience recording, mixing, producing, and sound design. He is a hard worker who’s obsessed with the details, and as a recording artist myself will make sure every bit of tuning and nuance in your podcast is to your liking. He's self-taught and started making music at 16, and he's learned directly from award-winning engineers and producer, knowledge he brings into every session.

Rocky Myrie

Rates:

$75/hr without equipment

$100/hr with equipment but without Cameras

Rocky is a podcast engineer and Head of Operations at Down2Earth Podcast, bringing hands-on production leadership and technical precision to every session. As a director and program producer, he understands both the creative and operational side of podcasting. Equipped with professional tools such as the Zoom P4 recorder and SproLink NeoLive R2 live streaming switcher, Rock delivers clean audio, smooth live switching, and reliable broadcast-quality production support.

XJ is a professional audio engineer specializing in podcast production and spoken-word content. With experience in high-level recording, mixing, and mastering, he delivers broadcast-quality audio tailored for streaming platforms. Bringing the same technical precision used in major music placements, Jordan ensures every podcast session sounds clear, balanced, and professionally finished.

Arthur Brkic

Rate: $40/hr

Arthur is a podcast engineer specializing in recording, editing, mixing, and mastering spoken-word content, bringing a strong technical foundation from his work as a boom operator, sound mixer, and feature film sound designer. His experience across music and film allows him to capture clean, consistent audio in a variety of environments, with a focus on vocal clarity, balanced levels, and a polished, broadcast-ready final product.

Arthur’s podcast setup is built around professional-grade recording hardware designed for clean, reliable audio capture. He uses a Sound Devices MixPre-6 II recorder/interface for its high-quality preamps and multi-mic capability, along with an Edirol interface for smaller, efficient sessions. His microphone kit includes the SYNCO D-2 shotgun mic for focused voice capture, an AKG condenser for detailed and natural vocals, the Shure SM57 for versatile spoken-word recording, and the Sennheiser 421 for fuller, broadcast-style sound. This range of equipment allows Arthur to adapt to different recording environments while consistently delivering clear, professional podcast audio.
