or where alcohol is present.
Billed hourly (4-hour minimum).
Host your next event in a refined, multi-level lounge built for both atmosphere and versatility. The main floor features curated lounge seating, a statement dining area, and sleek, modern finishes, creating a bright and inviting social hub. Downstairs, a more intimate secondary space offers the perfect setting for breakout moments, private conversations, or extended experiences.

The space accommodates up to 53 guests, providing a premium environment that feels both spacious and intimate.

Optional add-ons such as professional photography and videography are available to elevate your event. All Photography and/or videography services are booked at a minimum of 3 hours for This Event service, ensuring full coverage and high-quality content throughout your event.
A $500 security deposit is required and is returned promptly after your booking following a post-event inspection, provided all rules are followed and no damages occur.
Security staff is mandatory for events with 20+ guests (1 guard required) and 40+ guests (2 guards required).
Security is also required for any event where alcohol is present. Security services are an additional hourly charge in accordance with building requirements and are typically scheduled 30 minutes before and after the event.
